Sigma Data Center 4 - power meter info import problem
 

Hi all

A quick question for those of you who use Sigma Rox 10 and Sigma Data Center.

I just purchased a Stages power meter. Had a good ride and then imported my ride data to Sigma Data Center 4. However, although my Sigma Rox 10 computer did record the power meter info (I can see it in the computer), this information was not transferred to SDC - i.e. the program shows my power as zero. Anyone knows what the walk around the problem is?

A bonus question - I understand that Stages is supposed to show cadence. However, Sigma Rox 10 does not receive/capture the information. Anyone knows why could this be?
