Scosche Rythm+ with Strava - How to connect the two?

Hello,

I am trying to connect my Scosche Ryth+ to my strava on my Android phone. The videos I see say to use the bluetooth options in the settings screen but I don't see any there.

Do you need premium for that? Any help here?
