They are now saying that their business model is a failure. Because they only do one thing, make action cameras'.

True, as far as I'm concerned. I was surprised by the popularity of their IPO. It's not as though they had some unique patent. Lots of room for competition.

The action camera now needs to morph into something else. Squeez it down to just 1/20 of its size and you have something else.

A lot of people bought into GoPros only to realize their lives weren't GoPro worthy. Mine isn't, but I knew that already so didn't get one.

Sometimes it's not if you're Gopro worthy, but needing a few extra sets of eyes. I don't post any footage, but is sure is nice to have a cam facing rearward to keep an eye on oncoming traffice.
