Can someone with no Strava account follow an athlete on Strava?

Can someone with no Strava account follow an athlete on Strava?
I have a Strava account and use it on a daily basis for both running and biking.
My wife as well as both my parents are always asking me "what did you do today?...run?...bike?...how far?...where did you go?".
Was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible for them to "folllow me" without each of them having to set up their own Strava accounts?

If you make your activity public send them the link to the activity. They can see it.
