Headlamp Mount for Up in the Steer Tube?

Crown mount with "bar" to attach a standard headlight mount.

I need a mount like this one pictured, but with a "bar" to mount a standard headlight like a Niterider, or Cygolite. The fender mounting hole is up in the fork, smack dead center of the head tube (the threads going north "into" the head tube). Does anyone know of a headlight mount that is designed for this position?

I have a few of the "fork crown" mounts on other bikes with standard fender mounts. and they do a good job of keeping the bright beams on the road instead of the eyes of annoyed drivers and fellow cyclists. I wish the same when riding this bike...
Thanks in advance!

Busch & Muller have 2 nylon ,( no vibration induced metal fatigue, then) headlight mounts

1 to fit in spacer stack on thread-less headsets,
and another to fit like a washer between the adjustable race and locknut. on threaded fork headsets..

The design of B&M dynamo powered headlights these brackets mount, is such as to have the shaped light beam cut off to

not dazzle drivers eyes, by not having the reflector around a centered LED as if a flashlight..

there are several pieces made by a number of companies , to place a handle bar battery mounted light on a second tube beneath the handlebar.. a second threadless stem beneath the other, with a section of straight tubing on place of the handlebar can do that as well..

The two bikes that I have with such a fender mount also have a hole for mounting a lamp on teh fork crown, but if I did not have a hole for mounting a lamp and if I did not want to drill a hole for that purpose, I would consider fabricating a piece of Aluminum bar stock in an L shape to give me a new bracket. In other words, I would try to make something like this.

For a while I put a lamp down on the bottom of the fork using one of the fender mounts, but I did not like that position because I thought it created too many shadows at night. But you might consider that option, see photo.

A friend of mine bought one of those gizmos (not sure what it is called) that attach to the end of a skewer so that you can mount a handlebar mounted headlamp down on the skewer. I told him he would not like it because of the shadows, but he proved me wrong - he only uses a light during daytime, never rides at night.

Putting a rear QR skewer on the front gives you an extra 35mm of length for a spacer and a headlight in that sort of location.

Plus there are alternate 'nuts' for QR Skewers that offer a 1" diameter short tube
to put a handlebar mount type light on that low location...

Does anyone know of a headlight mount (with bar to mount std lithium headlights) that could use this position?

I found that photo and posted it to show the type of mount I needed. The Supernova mount doesn't have the capability to mount a standard Cygolite or Niterider, etc headlight.
