Specialized Mission Control and Strava issue
 

I recently got a Specialized computer from a friend and I'm trying to set everything up but unfortunately I cannot sign into Strava. I used Google to make my Strava account (which means that I don't have a traditional username/password for the Strava app) but Mission Control apparently doesn't have clearance from Google to connect to other accounts through the app itself. Google is telling me that I need to sign into a web browser to link the account but Specialized doesn't have that option on their website that I can see (it's only on the app).

Not only is that a little sketchy because I've never had this issue for any other app but it's incredibly frustrating. Has anyone figured out this issue or am I just blind and missing something?
