Free/Cheap BT CycleOps Controller?

Does anyone have a suggestion for an Android or Mac app (preferably free) that can control and log the output of a CycleOps Magnus trainer via Bluetooth? I don't need virtual courses or anything like that, since I'm practicing for the velodrome on a fixed gear track bike. I just want to be able to put out x cadence / y watts for a certain time, run my own drills, etc., and log it all.

Zwift does it (I can turn down trainer sensitivity to zero and it just gives me an essentially flat world), but it's a subscription. GoldenCheetah has a Mac app, but it's ANT+ only, so if there's a way to use Bluetooth and avoid the dongle, I'm in.

Thanks!
