No, it just means power is displayed on the left side of the screen and cadence is displayed on the right side.

They're physiologically connected, making X power will require your heart rate to rise. But as far as the computer understands and how it treats them, they're independent data points. People will often want to see them together because of the way they're related though.

Its reading like you have no idea what a Power Meter, Cadence Sensor or Heart Rate Monitor does. If you Google those 3 terms you will maybe understand why they are setup as different readouts on the screen.
