Connecting Axa Slim Steady rear light
Fed up with battery changes, I bought a dynamo wheel (Amazon) that came with LED lights. Front light connected no problem; rear light, no idea. The blurb says: “The practical push connections makes the Slim Steady easy to connect to both side running and hub dynamo’s.” But to my untrained first time eye, it is not practical. I assume cables need to be exposed at the ends (maybe) but after that, no idea. AXA manufacturer customer service is no use. First post here so unable to attach a picture. Any hints or solutions?

Without seeing it or seeing a link to it I will just make the generic comment that dyno powered taillights are almost always wired to the headlight. So, look to see if there is a place on the headlight to connect your taillight wires.

It's not entirely clear from the 360 degree animation what the connectors are. Was there nothing in the package it came with?
Regardless there is a + and a - so make sure you get the polarity correct.
Maybe the nice lady doesn't speak english?

@ Tourist in MSN. Thanks. The connection from the headlight is fine, nice and easy. Unfortunately the wires are not currently in the rear light. Maybe a job for LBS.

@ znomit. No docs with the light. I will go back through Amazon 🤭 and see what can be achieved.🤞LBS might be best.
I think you are right. Light was made in France for a Dutch company with customer service in Poland sold through German Amazon to an English man.

Strip the ends, push down the connector and poke in.
