My Wahoo Bolt v.2 is only six months old, always updated, and charged with the right type of block -- and recently the battery started draining way too rapidly. I sent an email to Wahoo support last night, and I now have a prepaid shipping label and a promise that they will ship a new unit once the old one is on its way.
I have always felt that the best customer service is to just build products that work. But next to that, I think this is pretty good.
