A rear lamp that can be mounted flat

I just updated my rear rack on my Moulton commute bike and this new one has a plate hanging down from the rear with cunningly drilled holes for a variety of light fixtures. I have a nice wide red led flashing light that was mounted via a bracket previously to a screw on the back of my old rack, before that it had a clamp that went around a pillar on another bike.

It has a threaded stud sticking out that goes through the central hole in my new rack, and a nut that holds it nice and tight against the plate - but woe! The on/off switch is on the back and is now inaccessible.

Does anyone know of a rear lamp that has a switch on the front, top, bottom or side, or that has some other way that turns it on (I have a European orange lamp that slides up and down the bracket itself to turn it on or off) that could be screwed flat to a plate? I have been looking at local shop offerings and nothing suits.

Thanks - Lawrence

I have a light I got from Nashbar, the Nashbar Blinkie Light - LED Safety Light, (I can't find it on the site, been a while since I got it), but its got a button on the top of the unit.

Thank you folks for some excellent suggestions. Why though do none of the local bike shops stock any of these? I'll try a few more and then it's the web...

Cheers - Lawrence

The Planet Bike Super Flash and BlackBurn Mars 4 both have the on/off switch on the top of the light. The Cateye TL-1100 has the switch on the side of the light.

Both the Planet Bike and the Cateye have rack mounts available. The Cateye can be screwed directly into a plate, the SuperFlash cannot.
