Redline 3-AAA 220 Lumins $30
I just purchased two of these flashlights from Batteries Plus for $30 each. They have 4 functions and has a beam to wide angel function 1x to 4x. On 100% it has a reported 4hr burn time and at 110 lumins it advertises 8 hr. Amazingly bright. Will have both on my commuter bike.

Nebo Redline 220 lumen 3-AAA LED flashlight? It's $24.27 at Amazon, even cheaper elsewhere.
