Garmin 605 with city maps for $399. - what do you think?

REI has the Garmin 605 bundled with the City Navigator Maps for $399. It's not the 705 but the price is getting much better. https://www.rei.com/product/796924

Probably not a bad price for new, but you can get a refurbished 605 for about $270 on eBay, and the City Navigator SD card for about $60, just to give you something for comparison.

Edit to add: I don't have a 605 refurb myself, but I have a factory refurbished Garmin Nuvi in my car that has perfomed flawlessly, and I've not seen/read any issues with factory refurbished 605s/705s.
