Bar to mount two headlights or taillights

It seems I have seen threads that refer to a bar or mount to make it easier to put two headlights or taillights on this forum. Now that I need to refer to it I can't find them.

My goal is to have two headlights and taillights (I don't have room at a "straight" angle on the handlebars.

Can someone lead me to this threads or who sells the bars?
