Help me choose a computer

I am going crazy trying to find a decent computer that has it all, works well and is cheap. Any one have a good recommendation?

Specifically I would need:
all speed, distance functions,
computer connection to PC

Really want:
HR
altimeter

If anyone can help narrow the vast search down I would really appreciate it. Hoping to keep below $150.00 if possible.

Does anyone have a
Mavic Wintech Heart Rate Cyclocomputer?

Does it come with software to upload to your pc afterwards? Any good bad reviews on it?

What info do they upload to a PC? just the final numbers, or a minute by minute or something?
