It looks like they have three versions of an old model and two versions of a new one?

The easy way to get the right one is to spend $85 and buy it from geomangear. You'll get it in 2 days instead of 3 weeks that way too.
Anyway, as far as your links:
25149 - no, old style first generation (non waterproof) battery pack.
29489 - same, just has helmet mount.
30864 - same.
44459 - there you go. New pack. Win.
44676 - also a win. Has a different mounting system. Also has a different reflector which may deliver a better beam.
Take your pick of the last two, whichever mounting system you think will work best for you. Some people hate the rubber band mount, I kinda like it, but I'd be tempted by the last one myself.
Either of the last two should be great lights.

Magicshine also makes a tail light that is very bright and can run off the same battery. It includes Y cable for that.

I highly recommend the Magicshine Taillight. You'll want a backup. I'd recommend the radbot 1000. The Planet Bike Superflash is also good, but if you were going to go with that, you could get this light from DealExtreme for < $4.

Here's my review of that light:
https://johnridley.livejournal.com/343400.html
But as I said, I'd personally recommend the Radbot instead. I just switched to using the MagicShine on steady and a DX Superflash clone on the back of my helmet on flash as a backup. In the daytime I run the Magicshine on flash.
I think everyone should be running at least two taillights. You won't know when one quits, and everyone will have a taillight quit on them at some point. You'll forget to charge it, or you'll hit a pothole and it'll break off or something.
I recommend going to GeomanGear.com and buying the taillight - they sell the lighthead only with a Y adaptor so that you can run it off the same battery as the headlight, for $29. You simply can't beat that, given that you're already going to have the Magicshine on the bike.

Holy cow, that DX rear light is a great deal for a backup light, heck even for a main light. I recently bought four cheap rear lights on eBay for my trailer, $22 for four, free shipping. And I thought that was a good deal, they're decently bright. But they're not as bright as this one.
I don't think I'll ever buy a brand name lights again. I came to a conclusion that they're grossly overpriced. These lights I bought appear to have the same build quality as my other much more expensive lights.
