Cycle computers controlling an electronic relay?

I have read several pages of info on the cycle computers. A few of them have alluded to the being able to control some "function" but did not give any examples or further explanation. Would it be possible to connect a cycle computer to a horn and have it honk when, say, 30 mph was reached? or perhaps 5 minutes?

Are you sure you read it right? This would add significant hardware and software costs to a bike computer for a very slim portion of users. Do you have a practical use case?

You're probably going to have to build that yourself. I'd just do it with an Arduino and a separate sensor on the wheel. With that you can do whatever you like, but of course you'll be building some circuitry and doing some programming.
