No real problem with two lights, but I'd ask where you're riding. For me, riding exclusively in well-lit big cities, one tail light is plenty. Extra lights can just get annoying or distracting to pedestrians, so I try to keep that in mind (just as I put my headlight on steady mode when on the path). But a second light feels helpful when I'm in suburban areas, where I always wear my bright safety vest.
