I don't think it's available for retail sale yet. There is a long thread on it in the Road Cycling forum. In sum, it gives you GPS capability for about US$150.
However, if you also want to capture data like heart rate, cadence or power, then the 200 isn't the best choice because it lacks an ANT+ receiver.
