Android ap for logging rides

For the last year or so I've been looking for a simple manual logging ap for rides that had some graphing capabilities and didn't require fooling with a gps. I also was looking for an ap that did it all on my device and didn't require logging into a web site to look at the data. I know of the manual entry capabilities in Cardio Trainer, Run Keeper and Endomondo. All 3 of those aps had some things going for them but none of them really did what I wanted. Quicklogger was kind of a waste of space as well.

A couple days ago, I found an ap called Cardiolog in the Amazon App Store that does what I've been looking for (I see it's also in Googleplay now too).

Works great. Can graph running monthly totals of time, mileage and pace. You can also track mileage per bike if you want (or mileage on running shoes if you want). Also tracks body weight.

Anyhow, thought I'd pass it on as I know there have been others looking for an app like this one.

Note to anyone downloading this app. Do yourself a favor and get it from Google Play. The developer of the app recently did a couple of bug fixes resulting in 2 new updates. They got loaded onto google play very quickly, but seem to take forever to make it onto Amazon's marketplace due to the review process there. I originally got the app from Amazon (never saw it on google play) and recently bought it a second time on google just to get the updates in a timely fashion...was worth the extra buck just to get it working properly (but then patience is not one of my strong suits).

I use MapMyRun+. It will say record workout and when you click it click on activity it will have various ones look for what kind of biking your doing. It's shows where you ride on a map. It's free too if your interested in price.
I highly recommend it.
There is another one. I like it but its a little more basic called Runkeeper. Kind of the same as MMR+ but simplier. Both are free.

My girlfriend introduced me to Endomondo. She use it more for her walking and I use it for both walking and cycling. Endomondo is an an awesome app!

I don't care for map my anything product as it's full of ads and I get enough of them when I watch TV.

The map my ride app doesn't have any adds (I just downloaded it last night), the app is free and is shows your elevation.

The problem with the MapMyRide app (MMR) is that once the data is uploaded to their website, there is no way to export it, other than as a basic route (breadcrumb trail). You lose all the performance data when you export as a route. I much prefer Strava (on my Android 4 phone) or Endomondo (on my older Android 1.6), which let you export GPX files with full time stamps that can also be imported into MMR. Routes exported from MMR can not be imported as workouts into other sites.

The Strava app has worked very well for me. It's as easy to use as any GPS app out there and won't lock your data into a particular website, you can actually download it to your hard drive and own it yourself!

I used Endomondo on my older Android 1.6 phone because it doesn't require 2.x or newer, but I had one incident where my phone rebooted in the middle of recording. Not sure if that was an Android 1.6 bug, but it was annoying. That never happened with Strava on my Android 2.3 and 4.0 phones.
