Lights don't work, Novatec Dynamo hub only making 1.5 volts.
I have a novatec dyno hub that I can only get 1.5volts out of. I assume that's why I can't get my lights to work any more.
I found this page https://www.novatecwheels.com/novatec/english/tec_o.php with maybe some directions for taking it apart but I'm not sure I want to be without a bike (well that bike) for as long as it takes me to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. Also I can't find anywhere to order parts anyway. I guess I'm just looking for a new hub/wheel, any recommendations for something kinda cheap? Is there some other way I can verify that it's the hub and not the lights?

what I would do is put a resistor in place of the lights and check the voltage
