POV camera comparison

Hello,

I hope I am posting this in the correct forum. I am researching POV cameras like the GoPro HD, Swann Freestyle, or the Wingman HD. Does anyone have experiences with these three and could give me their opinions? Right now I am leaning towards the Wingman HD because the lcd screen is attached. The Swann comes with the lcd screen, but it doesn't look like the screen will fit inside the waterproof housing. The GoPro HD seems to be the early adopter, hence gold standard. They have the lcd screen also, but it is an $80 accessory. The first two also come with a lot more accessories for the price of the GoPro HD Naked.

I want to attach the camera to my bike to record some of my rides. I also want to record my daughter's face from the front while she is sitting in the Weeride. That's why I want a wide angle camera that has an lcd screen so I can line up my shoots. Thanks in advance for your input.

Here are links to the cameras;

I have the GoPro without the LCD screen attached. I mount it on my helmet when I ride everyday. I have also mounted it on my little ones trail-a-bike for rides with her, some of the cutest moments right there.

I have no experience with the other 2 cameras but my bet is on the GoPro.

I have the Contour Roam, mounted on the bottom of my left handlebar. I have been happy with the quality of the video that I get from it, Is small and discrete, and I prefer the form factor to the three that you are looking at.

A few examples of video from the camera:

I love my Go Pro and I use it all the time. Best thing about it is being able to use it in and underwater.

I had the Gopro 960 before, it shoots good video.
But I prefer the shape of the ContourGPS. I can
mount it in different places using strips of an
inner tube, no special mounts for me. You can
also try using a regular pocket camera - Nikon,
Canon, Sony, etc. I have used a variety of cams
in multiple spots on my bike, just check out my
signature and go to my Youtube account.

Contour now has an app to use your smart phone as a view finder when you're mounting the unit.
I chose it over the GoPro though for the GPS function and the selection of mounts... I'll have to check out those innertube mounts though.

Thanks everyone for your input. It seems like the GoPro is the most popular. Most of the videos taken on the trails I want to ride are taken with the GoPro. I've used other activity/waterproof cameras in the past, but like the wide angle of these camera. I will keep looking, I'm not in a big hurry right now.

On another note, does anyone know of a good camera mount to would fit the downtube of the frame?
