If i'm not mistaken, that was on Kickstarter not too long ago. Discussed on various sub forums here. Consensus was that there is very little interest due to lack of ventilation...

I just mounted my light to my helmet. For $34 I got a much more versatile system. And my light will actually light up the street, or could substitute for a disco strobe.

And now having done that, I realize my helmet needs a good soak. Ewwwwww.

Yes, you are correct, same helmet.

This helmet provides pretty crummy lighting, while at the same time reducing comfort and safety. I'd rather have those hollowed-out spaces where they put the lights full of EPS foam to protect my head. I can easily find better value, higher output lights on my own and tailor to my needs.
