Joule 2.0 issues

I have not been able to down any of my workouts since one of the software updates. The software keeps looking for a .csv file yet all my files are BIN files. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it? I have tried to both download and import the data with no success.

Any help is appreciated.:cry:
