Help me find a hub dynamo

Must be:
32 spoke holes
6V, 3W
hub brake (drum, roller or roller-compatible, no disc)

Bonus points:
steel hub shell
chromed or buffed

Is there a hub that fits the specs or comes close?

Contact Peter White at Peter White Cycles. If he doesn't know, no-one does.

Why do you want steel?

Dynamo hubs are heavy enough without being steel. You won't find a hub brake on a dynamo hub, it is one or the other. You might find a matched pair though, but you'll be skidding that rear wheel if you don't have a front brake too.

Holmund; Highly recommend you consider the SunUP dyno. It is very simple add to any non-disk rear wheel and is MilSPEC construction. At $125 delivered, it is as good as a dyno hub (actually better) and avoids the entire wheel building expense and effort. Also easy to swap from bike to bike. With a good LED light set, it really rocks as a Dyno and puts out more a bit juice than the classic hubs with higher efficiency. I have essentially stop buying "normal dynohubs" in favor of the SunUp. Find one here:

Sunup Eco DS 1R Bicycle Spoke Dynamo Hub Dynamo Dynohub Alternative | eBay

PM me or post if you have questions.

/K

Sturmey archer makes dynamos with brakes, x-fdd and xl-fdd but they have 36 holes. I need 32 holes to skid both wheels.
