That's what we were commenting on, it's the Cardosystems BK-1 , essentially a full duplex helmet mounted bike intercom. Works great.

I bought John's single Cardo BK-1, and I love it. I've only used it for making and receiving phone calls, and it works great! I was skeptical of how well it would work, but it is far better than my expectations. My wife really likes it too since she has some anxiety for my safety especially when I go for my long Saturday morning rides. It was a great investment that I'd do again in a heartbeat.
