While technically it has fat tires, it's a motorized E bike. It would be like calling an old school mini bike a fatbike because it also has fat tires.
FWIW, almost all the fat tire bikes I see around my location are E bikes. It's fine but I don't feel a kindred affinity to their experience. They are ebiking, not fat biking.
That would only matter I suppose when discussing it on forums etc... as many of the user perspectives would not be the same ie. how hard to pedal, rolling resistance, parts, upgrades etc...

Unboxing was straight forward, this bike was packed really well..
even for Cannondale standards back in the early 90's

Lifting the +100 lb. bike out of the box was not easy, even without front wheel & all parts mounted.

Less than 30 min., it's assembled & charging.. will take a spin once charged.

Happy for you but you should really post this in the e bike forum. Looking at it just re enforces how little it has to do with fat biking.

That is an electric scooter. They attached some pedals to give the illusion you can ride it on bike paths and without a license. This is one of those things that gives ebikes a bad reputation. Totally unskilled noobs ride it at full speed on bike paths, endangering all other path users.
I bet it wouldn't even make the cut in the ebike forum. Even less in this or any other actual bicycle forum.

Don't just assume every owner of such bike ride it on the bike path as you described.
Comments as such is not helpful in this thread, forum or anywhere else.

It may look ugly to you, but it is based on the most vehicle that's been since the 60's, by number; I'd say that's pretty popular.
Maybe not around your neighborhood, but certainly around the world; get out once in a while.

Look at that picture, anyone will see 3 small motorbikes in the foreground at first glance.
Maybe move that to the ebike section, they can judge if it belongs there.

There is already a thread in ebike forum about the Juiced Scorpion.
Posting here only because the title of thread is fitting.

Okay, ebike topics in the ebike forum, please. Even fat ebikes, which this one barely fits. It's a moped. Closing
