Trek Farley 7
I have a Pugsley Necromancer, but after 7 years am starting to feel the itch for something new.
The Farley 7 has a lot of improvements I’m interested in - dropper post, 27.5 wheels, lower standover height, 1x, internal routing. Does anybody have experience with this bike? I plan to ride this year round. Currently live in Alberta. Alternative bike suggestions are welcome too. Thanks. |
Hey Slo Rida - not sure if this works for you, but Hardcore Bikes in Edmonton rents them. I rented one last year and loved it. I decided to buy a Norco Ithaqua, but that was purely based on finding a super deal on a used one.

I have a 2017 Farley 7 and have loved it! I think Trek nailed the Fat Bike! 27.5 is the stuff, I believe it comes with Gnarwahls on it which are a nice tire. My gnars are for winter only. They are Studable for great traction. For the money the 7 is pretty darn good deal!
