Nextie Xiphias or HED.

Chris King and We Are One don't make carbon fat bike wheels.

Trek put a 27.5 x 80 carbon Wampa on the 9.8 Farley. They sourced the wheels from Whisky Parts. You will find a better bargain else where.

Speed Bike Gear always has a bunch of new wheels for sale on Pinkbike.com.

I have some Nextie Xiphias on my bike. They are darned nice to ride, make a big difference in performance but the best part is how easy tires swaps are when tubeless. There's a number of builders who will set them up for you but BTLOS will build wheelsets and ship direct to you from China. They have good holiday sales and the rims are top notch. Use good hubs like the DTSwiss 350. I'm running the 95mm wide Ziphias with DTSwiss 350 hubs.
