Carbon wheels
Looking to up grade my farley 9.6. To either carbon wheels or wireless derailleurs scram axios ( I think that the model)
First which would you do first
will the carbon wheels make a big difference in performance. I don’t think Bontrager makes 27.5. 4.5 wampa.
what’s a good brand wheel to go with

Trek put a 27.5 x 80 carbon Wampa on the 9.8 Farley. They sourced the wheels from Whisky Parts. You will find a better bargain else where.

I have some Nextie Xiphias on my bike. They are darned nice to ride, make a big difference in performance but the best part is how easy tires swaps are when tubeless. There's a number of builders who will set them up for you but BTLOS will build wheelsets and ship direct to you from China. They have good holiday sales and the rims are top notch. Use good hubs like the DTSwiss 350. I'm running the 95mm wide Ziphias with DTSwiss 350 hubs.
