Just biked the KATY Trail

My cousin and I rolled in yesterday at St. Charles, MO from our ride along the KATY Trail from Clinton, MO. That ride is a blast! There are some mild hills at the west end, and a few places where the grade is pretty lengthy, but all in all, just a great trip to take! The 2007 Raleigh Grand Prix worked out just fine for the KT. I did have 2 flats along the way, but fortunately they were at camp, not during the ride. Kept the tire pressure at 100 psi, and it worked out fine.

We both plan on going back in the future!

Phil

Congratulations. You passed within 2 miles of my house (just off Jungs Station Road near St Charles). As close as I live to the trail I use it a fair amount but I've never ridden it end-to-end.

Congrats. I'll be doing the Katy Trail from Clinton to St. Charles in a few weeks for the 4th year in a row. It's a great ride.
