I never had the pleasure of meeting -- or riding with -- Mr. Roux, but he was a fellow family man my age who shared my sense of humor, fiscal conservatism, and love of cycling. I have suggested that the best memorial Children's could give would be a public service announcement campaign about the evils of distracted motoring.
