It's all supposed to be in a separate section called Professional Cycling for the Fans.

Go to Professional Cycling for the fans. You'll find some of us old pharts in there and you can argue to your heart's content (it's as bad as A&S sometimes)

One item germane to our group: I have been surprised to see how low the climbing gears have gotten in the past decade or two. There are lots of 30 and 32T rear sprockets out there. With 39T up front, that is a seriously low gear.

It's not a competition, it's a show. Lower gears compensate for a somewhat lower level of enhancement being tolerated by the organizers.
