Happy Labor Day - I rested this weekend
HLD to everyone here - my hat's off to you if you rode this weekend.
Personally I chose not to - I did something very unusual for me, and slept in until about 7 am each morning. Typically, I'm up 3:30 am 6 days a week, 3 ride days, 3 gym days for weights and the pool. At 51 throw in a full time job and house and dog, plus 2 nights a week I don't get out of work until 6:30, plus 1.5 hours a day commute - sometimes I forget how great it can be to sleep late!
Tomorrow morning - up at 3:30 to do 20 before work. Back to it!
