Birthday Ride

Did 70 miles in 4:40 yesterday. BP, Glucose and Heart Rate all low. Life is good but this ride seems to get longer every year...
PS Started using MapMyRide. Nice app but huge power hog. Think I'll go back to my computer.

You need to be like Merlin, and start counting down. Next year you'll only be 69 years old, then 68, and so forth.

Happy Birthday. The advantage of the ride taking longer every year, is you get to enjoy more of the scenery along the way every year!

I hear the Space Station reported a bright flash of light from the planet's surface! They must have spotted your birthday cake! :whistles..:

Happy Birthday.
I thought we went metric for Medicare years.
My fastest centuries are always metric.
