Upgrading from Hybrid

I just got back into biking after 15 years and want to upgrade from my old hybrid to a road bike. I'm 6 ft with 32 inseam and am riding about 70 miles a week. There are 3 bikes that i'm looking at, all used at 900 to 1000 USD.

2012 Specialized Roubaix Pro Ultegra Di2, size 54, is this too small or do they run large?

2009 Cannondale R4000si, size 56 or 58, its possible it's a 2002 and the person bought it in 2009. Did they make this model in 2009?

2014 Trek Domane 4.3, size 58, this is probably the best condition but components don't look as good as Specialized.

Any input is appreciated as this is all new to me.

The Specialized is probably too small. At 15 years old, the Cannondale is too old to warrant spending anywhere close to $900. The Domane is a possibility but you are right to worry about condition. FWIW, I would not consider buying a used carbon frame as you risk losing your entire investment if it turns out the bike was crashed.

Maybe consider looking for a deal on something new.

I have considered a new Fuji Sportif 1.0. It's only a little more and has disc brakes. The LBS would help size and have a warrenty.

Just picked up the Domane 4.3 and can't wait to try it out. I think it's a good 15 lbs lighter than my Hybrid.

The Domane looks like a great ride. If I had seen this post earlier I would have mentioned the Trek FX-S 5 or 6 (2017 models) which are basically a Domane frame with flat bars to look like a hybrid.

I think you will be happy with the Domane.
