Exciting times around the house. We recently added a new to us used vehicle with less than 15,000 miles on it. I needed something the wife could safely drive to the NC mountains each week to babysit one of our grandsons for a couple days a week. That made 5 vehicles in our "parking lot" which is extra excessive even by US standards?!?!?!

So we quickly sold two vehicles with a combined total of 330,000 miles. The Cadillac was low mileage and my Mom's which I'd bought from her estate for my wife to take her parents on a XC trip...... which didn't happen because her Dad fell and broke his hip a couple weeks before the trip?!?!?! The buyers of our two vehicles were thrilled to get good dependable vehicles at a good price and I was ready to unload them.

Loving the new driveway space, reduced taxes, maintenance & insurance!!

But two more wheels have been ordered for some adventure riding!!! Just ordered the frame and fork and plan to build it up with stuff I prefer. I already have scoured eBay and the internet for deals on most of the parts. My local buddy will build the wheels. I'm just waiting on the frame to come in before buying the groupset---most likely Ultegra 11sp hydraulic disc. I'm still debating the crankset----probably see if I can do a 46/34.

Exciting! I just unloaded two bikes, ordered and received a Marin Four Corners. Like a kid at Christmas!

Still driving the same old truck though.

Two of our remaining vehicles have 220,000 miles and 135,000 miles. Lots of good miles left!!!
