Nope, not at all. I had lost my original screen name information when I came back (briefly) three years ago. I had to start a new account. When I came back this time, I still didn't know my original info and so logged on with the newer name, thinking it was the older one. When I discovered I had only two posts to my credit, I began searching high and low for the original info. When I finally got it figured out (even remembering my old password), I came back as my original self. I hope I'm explaining that correctly. The new, 2-post DG isn't a sock puppet account and I won't be using it. If there's a way of deleting it, someone let me know.
It's hard enough being DG with one identity, let alone two!

If you wanna get rid of the new, two post DG, you could notify them and ask nicely. Maybe by using the red exclamation point icon.

I've just given that a try. Let's hope they do - I only want to be me.

Welcome back. If you don't want to ski but have snow you might try snowshoeing, or even hiking in the snow. It's fun!

Welcome back, DG. I certainly remember you. (I am still in north coastal San Diego County, with no plans to move anywhere until the coroner carries me out on a stretcher.)

I remember you too! Good to see another familiar name. Enjoy San Diego - I don't miss it as much as I thought I might, but I was so ready for a change of scenery.

Hi all,
I'm Digital Gee, and I haven't ridden a bike in two years…[Hi Digital Gee] Not proud of that! I'm posting to see if anyone still remembers me from way back when. I was a regular on the forum from about 2005 to perhaps 2012, mostly in the 50+ forum.
Anyway,if anyone remembers me, give me a holler!

I joined Bike Forums in 2008, and I quickly gravitated to the Fifty-Plus Forum. I do recall you, though I don’t recall any exchanges between us in public forums, or via PM’s, and you are part of the “good old days.”
I recently posted to the now-closed thread on Fifty-Plus, “How do we know when it’s time to stop?."
Were you, @digitalG, also known as the Deege?

FYA, to refresh your memory, I came upon this post from 2015 on the thread, "Bike Riding vs Cycling"
You guys crack me up. I've been away from the forum for a while, and I come back to find a thread with 88 comments on it discussing whether it's"cycling" or "biking." Only in the 50+ group!

I still have, but won't be riding Mrs. Jones for a while. Gonna stick with Clementine, the Orange Aphrodite. Just got her back from the shop with a full tune-up and she looks and feels brand new! Meantime, Mrs. Jones will be garaged for another day.

Yep, I remember you DG! I have been away from the forum for about the same time. Still living in God's country just north of San Francisco!
