I didnot ride all week mainly because I felt a little sluggish till about Wednesday. Went for a 1 1/2 hr ride today felt real good and it was a great day for it.

I used to love riding my Fuji S10-S on the bike path to Jones Beach some 40 years ago! I remember when it first opened. Man how time flies...

It's now extended to TOBAY& supposedly it will go to Captree in a couple of years
