Teacher picks the music ... except in Les mills classes, when the whole thing is prepackaged. Some instructors ask the class for suggestions.

I used to go wearing earbuds and cheap shooter's earmuffs ... couldn't hear a thing but my own music. Teacher objected.

Some of the Les Mills stuff is difficult to pedal to; the beat is so ill defined. I think they're trying to appeal to a younger clientele and force us oldies out. . . .their earlier Trips had very good soundtracks and were motivational to those of a certain generation . . .
Maybe there had been casualties . .(gulp) I hope not!
