A nice find while shopping. It’s becoming more appropriate for me every day.

Take a break... You've had enough challenges for the year.

True!!!

But I'm sort of thinking of nice things ... like a 100 km ride in the countryside.

Actually we already have a 50+ motto. It's "Dulcius ex aspires". (Sweeter after difficulties). I know that because it's printed on the back of my 50+ jersey.

"Find joy in the journey." I like it...that seems to be my general philosophy in life these days.
However, my folks sent me this a couple of years ago...(what are they trying to tell me?)

My friends and I were young and foolish. They're deceased now, I'm still foolish.

Motto or no motto, I always feel better after a ride. That said, for me a ride isn't a great ride unless I've stopped to take a photo.

edit: …..but in a 65+, 'safety first', 'no downhill bombing' kinda way - lately.
So, maybe, Self-Induced Speed Thrills.
