Yes chicken again lol this time leg quarters. Mix some beer in with the steam in the smoker to give it some extra flavor. Mesquite wood chips for the smoke and it is good to go.

needed to be boiled about another 4-5 minutes before throwing on the grill. i over(pre)cooked
last week's artichoke attempt but they came out better even overcooked than this attempt.
these were the first two attempts cooking artichokes so i'll try again this month. a nice change.
