Today is grilling day

Going to grill some burgers with Borracho beans that have a touch of Shiner Bock beer in them. Tomorrow I知 going for a good gravel ride but today my legs must rest.

We work crazy hours. So we cook on the weekend for the week. This evenings grill was teriyaki chicken, pollo asado, 3 kinds of snausages, zucchini, and salmon steaks. Over mesquite. Weber kettle, Sorry, no pics.

I love Shiner Bock. It's kinda "malty" but still refreshing.

That's the right prioritization.

You can never have too much beer in the fridge or too many bikes in the house.

After reading this thread (and drinking a cheap beer) I just fired up the barbie and tossed on a couple of Costco sirloin patties! I'm not even that hungry...but I can ALWAYS eat.

Camping this weekend at Lake Cachuma outside Santa Barbara. Tri tip, corn, snausages and potatoes on the grill. Washed down with a suitable ipa.

That is the official beer of Hondo Texas
yes it’s cheap and light and goes down fast when ice cold. Forgiving in the morning and it great for hot weather. And grilling.

sorry, no peruvian lime chicken picks as the grill was too hot and crazy to put the tongs down at any point.
