Don't really know how to respond to this post. All I can say is to suggest you read the posts again. You have misquoted me.

Then follow the advice I gave to get instruction from a competent professional before attempting any exercises.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to visit a workplace safety site to learn a bit about safe lifting and body dynamics
