Leg's Go !
With a heat wave hitting the East Coast I hope everyone stays hydrated and cool. For me it started with my half day Friday and a fun 43 heat scorching miles. I've always enjoyed the warmer temps and if the wife was up for moving I'd be in a year round warmer region. But that won't happen anytime soon so I'll enjoy it when I can get it. I'll be looking forward to a good weekend of riding and oh ya plenty of cold beverages after.

Did a mear 11.4 miles yesterday with temp at 97*, heat index 111*, so I did not make the 15 I was shooting for. I like the heat for rides but the humidity here is brutal. My 70 year old body just doesn't deal well with the thick air.
