I'm 78 and ride 6 days a week and run one day; I have a road cycling coach and train inside on a smart trainer/Training Peaks/Zwift for 4 days and do group rides on weekends.

Well, Iím up to 5 rides a week. 4 road and one single track trail. Around 240 miles. Feels good. I was worried about endurance, but doesnít seem to be an issue.

I'm almost 58, have been riding seriously (ie - the riding itself was the goal) for ~45 years. These days, I try to get one decent ride (50-100 mi) at the weekend and 1-2 ~35 milers during the week. Pace is consistently 17-18 av mph. I try to do something every day, either riding, a rower session and/or some weights. If I miss a day or so, no biggie.
