Last alcohol drink was around 20 years ago. I’ll very occasionally have a NA beer, but more likely a decent cigar.

None for me. Alcohol has not been among my vices for 30 years.
I enjoyed quite a few such beverages at one time, but ultimately my liver objected strenuously.

Pfft, I don't need to ride my bike to enjoy a few beers or glasses of vino collapso, I find I'm quite capable of imbibing whenever I feel like it. Might be post ride but then again might be post surf/workout/whatever.

I rode straight to my local bar at the end of my last tour. Wasn’t the first time.

I had a beer while riding the trainer last night. I enjoy riding to brewpubs. Having watched several friends die of alcohol related issues I'm a fairly light drinker.

I bought my first decent road bike with the money I saved after 6 months of sobriety. That was 21 years and quite a few bikes ago.

But I should add that I rarely drink right after a ride. Tours are different, especially if I get back to town, I’m hungry and there’s football on.

I usually have one beer with dinner. More often than not it's a Yuengling Black & Tan.

With a little effort you can ride a buzz for a few hours, but no matter how hard you try, you just can’t drink a bike.
Life’s too short to drink bad beer!

In more normal times, often a post-ride beer at the brewpub followed by the final mile home.
Soda pop, OTOH only drunk after 120 miles or more.

I am the very definition of a teetotaler.
In my 54 years of life, the only alcohol that I have knowingly consumed was in Nyquil. Yes, it was for its intended purpose. An employee is always trying to explain to me why people drink, but I have never understood it.
Enjoy your inebriant, but please do it responsibly.

Why do I ride a bike? Well it is fun and enjoyable but I also like donuts, ice cream, and beer. Good beer too and part of the whole picture just avoid it becoming the picture ( alcohol.)

German beers are my weakness.. My Kryptonite.
IPAs? Bleech!
Over the years, I have found that it was the preservatives in Domestic beers that gave me a headache, not the alcohol. I can drink German beers (no preservatives) without any issue at all.
Warsteiner, St Pauli, Dab, Bitburger, and others... My absolute favorite is Kulmbacher Edelherb Pils, but it is very hard to find here in the Midwest. When I do find it, it is a treat!

Most of my long rides are early Sunday mornings (still working so the weekend is the only option) so when I come back from a ride, a nice beverage from the java bean and some breakfast. I don't do group rides but if I did and it was later in the day, I could be convinced to go for a beer, especially on a hot summer day.
Sometimes when the missus and I go for a light ride, we wander down to a patio on a warm summer afternoon and have a drink and a snack. One of those treats we can share together.

Sure -- ride home from work and it's Miller Time. Except it's a nice microbrew with dinner, instead of Miller.

I like beer and wine with a meal. I like Scotch. I like to cook and have a drink on a Friday or a Saturday. But other than that I seldom drink. I find I sleep better if I don't. And it's easier keeping the pounds off.
