We’re usually going through a container of beet powder here. I’ll have a hot cup
now and then, sometimes maca root added and a magnesium supplement.
I juiced a lot of beets, and dehydrate and made our powder for a few years. I was adding it to smoothies and kale chip marinade/dressing, into meat loaf and burgers, jerky.
Good stuff!

When I want nitrous oxide, i go to the local grocery store ... and suck the gas out of several whipped-cream cans. Not sure what it does for my heart, but it can be hard to stay upright ......

I like beets out of the can as a substitute for a more unhealthy snack. Get them cheap at Aldi's and such. The ones out of the garden are a real treat, with horseradish and sour cream.
