Scheduled a certain setback
After a number of years with somewhat significant back problems I’ve had to schedule surgery for this November. I’ll be having a “cage” installed between L5 and S1 and having minor work done all the way from L1 to L5. This has never affected my cycling but the 3-4-5 months of recovery most certainly will.
Funny that I can do a century at will but cannot walk much longer than a quarter mile without pain.
I can think of a hundred stupid things I did with my back when I was younger that I didn’t realize was going to come back to haunt me! 😄😄😄🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️
