Some folks hate p-clamps and will invent solutions.
Looks 99.5% stable. Me - i would not tether a potentially heavy, high center of gravity rack+load to my brakes. but that's just me.

I have one. It was necessary with disc brakes.

OMM has been making racks for bikes with suspensions for a long time.

for whatever reason have never seen 1 in Michigan,on a bike or in a shop for sale for the past 40 years.

Just bought two of their axle kits to fit our new Canyon Roadlite CF 8s'. The frames don't have any rack mounts and OMM makes a great solution. They are well made and I am able to use my old Topeak rack on my new bike along with Topeaks bag. Great solution. Will post pictures when all is said and done in the hybrid forum.

I don't think they are the sort of things that show up in LBS too often because of the relatively small market. I'll bet the market has gotten smaller since the explosion of bikepacking bags. Racks for touring on a MTB with suspension are so gauche these days.
