It was funny to hear about it put so matter-of-fact. The dude's uncle is over 90. The dude's wife was doing the family a favor. The uncle is in good shape but thin as a bird. The uncle's physician prescribed you know what.

Docs apparently can do that in CA but can't fill the prescription. Prospective takers of the "medication" are left to the means of others to fill the Rx. So, the dude's wife was helping out by going to a head shop for a bong.

If he goes to someplace that is allowed to fill the prescription, he has to use the medication at the site.
